ReplyDeleteThis is one vegetable that I don't each much of.We grow it to feed it to our birds.
Maybe I should cook it with some cauliflower and then top it off with some white sauce.
I like your choice of words to tell us about a vegetable that isn't very scrummy-in my opinion:).
